The Chef’s Playground Series originally began as an attempt to encourage new and creative ideas from our chefs and staff and give the training and ability to our service staff to provide traditional fixed multi-course French styled service, and to offer our guests an opportunity to sample an elaborate multi-course meal and taste some of what Kozy’s has to offer that is not on the standard menus. Each of our chefs had their specific night with total control over menu composition and preparation and plating methods. Typically, Chef’s Playgrounds are Seven Courses Prix Fixe 49pp. Needless to say the series has gone over very well. Therefore, we are continuing to offer it on a monthly basis.

We have also added a GALA CHEF’S PLAYGROUND to our repertoire, which will be even more limitless with no expenses spared on almost impossible to obtain ingredients, and grand wine pairings with a black tie dress code.
The GALA CHEF’S PLAYGROUND is Seven Courses Prix Fixe 250pp.
